We are happy to offer the following delivery options:

  • You will have the option at check-out to select from standard delivery by either Sendle (Couriers Please & Fastway) or Australia Post. You can also choose to upgrade to Express Post at a Flat Rate of $20AUD for all small domestic packages. Please note large express packages such as shoes will be charged between $35AUD to $50AUD depending on weight when shipped to Northern Territory and Western Australia. 
  • International Purchases with a value over $300AUD will receive free standard delivery unless they weigh more than 3kgs. International purchases under $300AUD will be charged a flat rate for DHL Express or Sendle International Service; prices are variable and dependant on the Zone your country is located in. Prices will be shown at the checkout once you have entered your shipping address. 
  • Any Duties and Customs charges are the sole responsibility of the receiver and not eligible for payment by Order Of Style. There is no pre-payment of these and they are determined by the customs & border security at the destination country.
  • Please note when we ship via Sendle International Express they use your local mail delivery service once it arrives at the destination country and is cleared by customs; for this reason we cannot guarantee tracking is always accurate and shipping times may vary. Please use the tracking number provided and check with your local postal services website for updates.
  • NOTE: International delivery at this time is significantly delayed. Currently it can take between 20-40 business days to arrive at the destination country; this is dependant on where you are located. If you would prefer to use an international courier service please email us and request this [email protected]. Additional costs will apply.

By placing an order with you accept the shipping charges and times as outlined above. The cost of return shipping back to is the sole responsibility of the customer. This also applies to any/all shipments that are refused by you at delivery; in such a case we will deduct the cost of the original shipping cost, the return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee from the refund value on the item. All the prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars, and will be charged as such.

NOTE: Import duties and taxes are not included in the price at check-out. These charges will be collected by the shipping service upon delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these costs. All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Border Agencies in the collection of these items. Custom authorities require that we state the true value of your order directly on your package. It is the sole discretion of the customs agents to release your package. If your item is returned to us after attempted deliveries, failure to pay import taxes and duties owed or unclaimed at your local postal service, your item will be refunded less our delivery costs, any return costs as charged by the shipping agent and a 20% restocking fee. We make every effort to check addresses prior to shipment and we will contact a customer in the event that an item is held up or returned to us; failure to respond in a timely manner to our emails will result in us marking your item as a an unclaimed delivery.  All deliveries will have tracking details supplied to you for your tracking convenience where available, some destinations do not provide tracking details. Please contact us should you require any assistance in tracking your article.


Please let us know ASAP if you are interested in a return or exchange. Please contact us at [email protected]. We will accept your return on purchases as long as they comply with the following conditions:

  1. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt;
  2. The goods must in in their original condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached and in their original condition. In the event that item(s) are return in a condition deemed damaged by ie. make-up, tanning lotions/products or soiling of any kind etc, a cleaning charge will be deducted from the value of your exchange or refund. If the garment is more severely damaged you will be contacted by our customer service team in order to resolve this issue;
  3. If you require an exchange please contact customer service and we will endeavour to accommodate your requested; the result is subject to availability. If the product you request is unavailable then a refund or credit note will be issued;
  4. Delivery/shipping charges on returns are not refundable;
  5. The Tax Invoice for the item(s) in discussion must be provided as proof of purchase, please ensure you retain proof of purchase until a refund is processed;
  6. No refunds are accepted on sale item(s). This includes flash sales or event promotions. Please choose carefully –  No refunds will be issued for Item(s) purchased on sale, however an exchange or credit note can be requested; please contact customer service for more information.  

Return postage costs is at your own expense, however in the event that the item(s) being returned has been deemed faulty or not as ordered by you will reimburse you for the postage costs. Please include a copy of your postage receipt in your returned item(s). We cannot accept liability for an item(s) until it has been received and confirmed as faulty by our customer service team.

According to the ACCC your  right to return the product depends on the reason for the return. If you have simply changed your mind, you are not entitled to return the product unless the business said you could at the time of purchase. On the other hand, if the product has a problem that means it has breached one of the consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Change of mind consumer guarantees do not apply if you:

  • Got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it;
  • Misused a product in any way that caused the problem;
  • Knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product;
  • Asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted.

When is an item considered faulty?

  1. Manufacturing faults
  2. Item(s) received are different to the item(s) you ordered
  3. Item(s) do not function as indicated; or
  4. Have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention at the time of purchase

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refund on the following items for hygiene reasons: earrings, hosiery, underwear, cosmetics, swimwear, hair accessories or sale items. Exceptions will be made for these items if they are deemed faulty.


While makes every effort to ensure that the stock listed reflects the stock we have on hand sometimes an item shown as available may inadvertently me out of stock. If you order an item that is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible and process a refund straight away. Payments made using PayPal may take up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed.
